My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, right near the train and bus station, and close to all the main monuments. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice balcony, plus the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. However, the meals were a bit on the smaller side. The staff offered excellent service, but some facilities could use a bit of updating.
